Before payment
You can cancel any order at no cost before you pay. If our confirmed price is higher than the estimate you saw, you are free to walk away.
After payment, before purchase
If we have not yet bought the device in Canada, you can cancel for a full refund of what you paid, minus any bank transfer charges.
After we have purchased in Canada
Once the device has been bought on your behalf, cancellation depends on the Canadian seller's own return window and any restocking fee they charge. We pass on exactly what we recover and tell you the amounts up front.
Faulty or wrong devices
If a device arrives faulty or does not match what you ordered, contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair under warranty, or a refund.
Refurbished devices
Refurbished listings state clearly whether the device is eligible for return. Cosmetic wear described on the listing is not grounds for a refund.
